G550 Captain – METRO NEW YORK REGION
Star Air Group is seeking a full-time pilot for our Part 91 operated Gulfstream G550 based in the Metro New York region.
Due to current client fleet expansion, we are searching for professional, enthusiastic, and easy-going pilots to join our flight department in the operation, care, and stewardship of our Fortune 100 Gulfstream G550. The fleet also has a Citation X and the candidate would be expected to fly both aircraft.
The G550 flies 250-300 hours a year and travels globally. All candidates must be type rated in the G550. A Type rating in the Citation X is a plus. Strong candidates will have recent Gulfstream G550/450 experience, 12-month currency, and significant, verifiable international experience.

We are seeking pilots who can make rational decisions independently without the need for micromanagement. We allow a good deal of latitude regarding how tasks are accomplished. We are an all-hands-on-deck organization, so we expect the crew to take care of things like light interior/exterior cleaning, stocking, iPad management, etc. while on the road. We are also ADA compliant and expect the crew to assist as necessary.
